THE BHOYS HEAD TO BLOEMFONTEIN
December 2007 saw a large group of the Jo’burg Tims travel down to Bloemfontein to see the famous ‘Phunya Sele Sele’, Bloemfontein Celtic FC, take on Thanda Royal Zulu FC.
At half time, we went out onto the pitch to donate several boxes of Celtic kit and children’s soccer equipment to dozens of local kids. This kit was graciously donated by our friend Jim Osborne from the St. Catharine’s CSC in Ontario, Canada.
Big thanks to Jim and all the lhads who donated the kit. You’ll see that the kids had a great time and really appreciated the effort.
We will be heading down to Bloemfontein soon and hope to do the same again.
